24 Months Manufacturer’s Warranty*

All Revo products come with a two year warranty (except for Revo DVR5 series products) against manufacturer defects. Be sure to register your product to validate your warranty. In the event of product failure, Revo America will either repair the product at no cost or provide a replacement in exchange for the defective product. The replaced or repaired item is warranted for the amount of time remaining in the original warranty. Click here for the full terms of agreement.

We will get back to you shortly with shipping details and an RMA number. We process these returns the same day that we receive them, getting you back to secure as quickly as possible.

With the Revo Extended Protection Plan, there are no deductibles or hidden charges. Best of all, if your Revo product is unrepairable, we will replace it, absolutely free with a unit that has similar features and functionality. Don’t delay!
