Starting Up

  1. You will need to download the Revo wireless Mobile application. If you have an IPhone, please visit your APP store and if you have an Android device, you will need to visit your google Play Store.
  2. Open your app.
  3. You will be prompted for a username and password for an online account that you can setup and store your device to that cloud account. You can sign up by selecting REGISTER on your app, or you can visit www.revowireless.com to add the device by this way.

You also have the option to bypass the last step and just use the app by pressing LOCAL.

Adding the REVO Wireless NVR

  1. Make sure that you have connected your wireless NVR to your internet with your Cat5e cable.
  2. Once you have connected your system to the internet and have networked your system, you want to make sure that you have opened the http port (80). The port will need to be forwarded on your router, for remote access.
  3. To verify your system is connected properly, you can go into system setup and select network setup and make sure the cloud p2p option is enabled and you see your id with the online message.
  4. You will select the plus sign to add a new device.
  5. Choose a method to add a RECORDER (can add by QR code, LAN scan, etc.).
  6. If you choose "Networked devices", you will need to manually enter the cloud ID located on the network setup screen. The easiest method is by scanning QR code option, also shown under network setup.
  7. The user name will be admin, unless you have setup a user account for those who will be viewing.
  8. Enter your password for the system (default password is blank).
  9. You then select submit or save on your mobile screen.
  10. You will then be taken to the "My device" screen. This will display all your added REVO Wireless NVRs.
